Primary Control Unit

In an emergency, the primary control unit of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance coordinates rescue, police, and fire brigade operations. They are the contacts for rescue personnel, and help them marshal and delegate their vehicles to the scene.

The primary control unit is manned from:

Monday to Thursday
7.00 a.m. to 4.15 p.m.

Friday
7.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Outside these hours, the call will be forwarded directly to the security service of the University of Bayreuth. In case of an emergency, they will inform the security guard or the on-call member of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance.
