AFTER the emergency call, please inform the Primary control unit of the University of Bayreuth immediately, so that it can instruct emergency vehicles. The number can be reached 24 hours a day!

Information for the emergency call centre:

  1. Who is calling?
    Name of the caller
  2. Where did it happen?  
    Place of accident, details as precise as possible
  3. What happened?  
    Brief description of the emergency / accident  
  4. How many?  
    How many injured / sick people need help?  
  5. What kind of injury, illness?  
    E.g:  Unconsciousness, broken bones, burns, poisoning, difficulty breathing, chest pain.
  6. Wait for questions back!  
    Do not end the call yourself!
